kaylee phillips
hi, i’m kaylee, the founder of kova yoga.
i am a certified yoga instructor, mindset coach, and host of perspective with kp podcast.
since 2021, i’ve guided people through mindset, manifestation, and personal development coaching, helping hundreds of clients feel better from the inside out. now i’m bringing that same transformation to the mat, combining movement with the inner work that creates real, lasting change.
to me, yoga is way more than poses. it’s energy, awareness, and alignment. it’s how we come home to ourselves.
outside the studio, you’ll find me creating content on tiktok and youtube, sharing yoga flows, mindset tips, and reminders to slow down and live with intention. you can also practice with me anytime through my free at-home yoga classes on youtube.

vanessa traina
hi, i’m vanessa, a dance teacher and choreographer with a BFA in dance education. i’m passionate about helping people connect their mind to their movement and truly feel their strength from within. in my classes, you’ll focus on alignment, core strength, toning, and sculpting to build a deeper awareness of your body and what it’s capable of.
i love helping people find their power through movement and watching them transform into the strongest, most confident version of themselves, sometimes one they didn’t even know existed. get ready to be challenged, supported, and reminded of just how strong you are.
outside the studio, i’ve performed at the ACE awards, choreographed national champion dances, and had the joy of working with students of all ages. dance and movement is my passion, and i can’t wait to share that energy with you.
